HCP profiles

Every HCP profile shows where they practice, what they treat and prescribe, which manufacturers pay them and how to reach them

Open any clinician to see one page of facts your team can plan a call from: the hospitals, clinics and medical groups they work at and the health system above them, Medicare procedures and prescriptions, Open Payments, research, licenses, insurance accepted and the EHR at their practice. Clinical figures name their source and year.

  1. Affiliations show every hospital, clinic and medical group they work at

Every site of care, from hospitals to clinics and surgery centers, is labeled primary practice, employer or affiliated, under the health system or IDN that owns it.

  2. Procedures and prescriptions show what a clinician does

Top procedures by CPT and HCPCS code and top drugs by brand and generic name, by year, from Medicare Part B and Part D claims.

  3. Open Payments and trials show who a clinician works with

Payments by company, nature and year from CMS Open Payments, beside the trials they run from ClinicalTrials.gov.

  4. The EHR, licenses and plans show how a clinician practices

The EHR at their practice and hospitals, state licenses and boards, and the insurance carriers and plan types they accept.

Contacts

Get professional and personal emails, mobile numbers and LinkedIn profiles for each HCP

The NPI registry lists no emails or mobile numbers. Dmand AI finds them for the clinicians you pick and checks each one before you use it.

  • Professional emails

The address at their hospital, group or practice, with the email provider shown.

  • Personal emails

For recruiting, and for clinicians who move between hospitals and groups.

  • Mobile numbers

Direct mobile numbers, each checked as valid before it counts.

  • LinkedIn profiles

The clinician’s own profile, to read before a call or to connect.

Illustration: the contact details of an invented cardiologist in Dmand AI: a professional and a personal email, a mobile number and a LinkedIn profile, each masked, with its status and the date it was checked.
  • 20+ healthcare sources in one search

Sources are tried in turn until one finds the contact, so you reach clinicians a single database misses.

  • Verified before it counts

Every email and mobile number shows its status and the date it was checked.

  • Pay only when one is found

When no email or mobile number is found for a clinician, nothing is charged.

Dmand AI finds emails for the physicians we need to reach, and the data holds up. The integration was simple, results come back within minutes, and their team has supported us at every step.

Data quality

How Dmand AI keeps HCP data accurate: monthly updates, verified contacts and a source for every fact

Every profile shows how current each fact is and where it came from, so your team can check a record before it reaches out.

Illustrations: the labels Dmand AI shows on HCP records, each on an invented record.

  • Updated every month

HCP records refresh monthly from CMS registries and claims. A deactivated NPI is hidden from search unless you ask for it, and then it is flagged.

  • Contacts verified before they count

Each email shows deliverable or catch-all and each mobile number valid, with the date it was last checked. Ask for a fresh check at any time.

  • A source and year on every fact

Procedures, prescriptions and payments name the CMS file and year they come from. Affiliations name the type of link, and EHRs the site they run at.

  • Corrections from any profile

Flag a wrong field from the profile it is on, or request data you need that is not there yet. Requests go to the Dmand AI data team.

Workflow

Go from a target account to the right clinicians and a first email in one login

Search, profiles, contacts, sequences and your CRM sit in one product, so a list never leaves Dmand AI half-finished.

Illustration of Dmand AI Universe Search: a plain-English request for cardiologists in Texas whose practice uses Epic finds 2,207 cardiologists in Texas, 1,631 with Epic on file and 1,565 linked to a current site of care, then lists each one with their site and health system and saves the list. Invented names in the list.
  1. Describe the clinicians you want in plain English

AI Search turns “cardiologists in Texas whose practice uses Epic” into filters you can adjust, with each one’s site and health system.

  2. Start from an IDN and open the clinicians at its sites

Open a hospital in the org hierarchy and see its leaders beside the clinicians who practice there, then find decision makers.

  3. Save the people you pick and get their contacts

Saved clinicians keep their site and system, and their emails and mobile numbers are found in one step.

  4. Add them to a sequence or push them to your CRM

Start a multichannel sequence from your own mailboxes, or send the list to HubSpot or Salesforce with their sites and systems.

Access

Use HCP data in Dmand AI, a CSV file, HubSpot or Salesforce, Claude or the NPI API

The same records and the same credits work everywhere your team does.

  • Sync to HubSpot or Salesforce

Two-way sync set field by field, with NPI, specialty and parent organization mapped. Salesforce is in beta.

  • Ask Claude through the MCP connector

Search HCPs and build lists in Claude. Searches are free and contacts use credits.

  • Enrich NPIs with the API

Send up to 45 Type 1 NPIs per request and get emails and mobile numbers back by webhook or polling.

  • Upload a file of NPIs

Drop a CSV or Excel file with an NPI column and get the profiles and contacts for every row.

Questions

Physician and HCP data FAQs

What sales, recruiting and research teams ask before they choose a physician data provider.

How many physicians and HCPs are in Dmand AI?

Dmand AI covers 7.4M+ HCPs with an active NPI. Among those with a US practice address are 1.2M+ physicians (MD and DO), 950K+ nurses, 334K+ pharmacists and 224K+ physician assistants. Counts as of October 23, 2026.

Is Dmand AI’s physician database built on the NPI registry?

Yes. Every record starts from the NPI. Dmand AI begins with the CMS provider registry (NPPES) and Medicare enrollment records (PECOS), adds state licenses, Medicare Care Compare, Medicare Part B and Part D files, Open Payments, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed and certified health IT reporting, and joins them into one record per NPI. The registry itself lists practice addresses and phone numbers but no email addresses or mobile numbers.

How does Dmand AI link a physician to their hospital, medical group and practice location?

Each clinician is linked to every site of care where they practice, and each link is labeled primary practice, employer or affiliated. Sites include hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, FQHCs, home health agencies and hospices, and each clinician’s medical groups are listed too. Every site sits under its medical group, parent organization and health system, so one physician opens the whole IDN in the Org Hierarchy Explorer.

Can I filter physicians by specialty, state and hospital affiliation?

Yes. Include or exclude any of 869 specialties, match secondary specialties, and narrow by state, city, ZIP code or practice site. Add sites of care, medical groups or a parent organization to keep only the physicians who work there. By primary specialty, Dmand AI has 35K+ cardiologists, 31K+ oncologists, 49K+ radiologists, 23K+ neurologists and 17K+ dermatologists in the US.

Can I find physicians by procedure volume or CPT code?

Yes. Clinical activity filters search Medicare procedure claims by CPT or HCPCS code across 7.5K+ codes, with annual volume, patients and claim year. A MedTech team can keep only the physicians who perform a procedure at the hospitals it sells to.

Can I see what a physician prescribes and which manufacturers pay them?

Yes. Prescription filters cover 7.9K+ drugs from Medicare Part D claims, by brand or generic, claim count and drug cost. Open Payments filters cover 3.1K+ paying manufacturers, by general or research payments and year, and each profile lists a clinician’s payments by manufacturer.

Can I find physicians by the EHR they use?

Yes. Technology filters search the EHR at a clinician’s practice by category, vendor and product, so a Health IT team can build a list of the physicians who work on the system it replaces or connects to. Each HCP profile shows the EHR at each of their sites.

Can I find key opinion leaders and clinical trial investigators?

Yes. Research filters search published research by title and keywords, clinical trials by NCT ID, condition, sponsor and status, and Open Payments research payments, so a pharma, biotech or CRO team can find the physicians already active in a therapeutic area and the sites where they practice.

Does the data include nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other HCPs?

Yes. Besides physicians, Dmand AI covers 2M+ behavioral health clinicians, 950K+ nurses with an NPI, including nurse practitioners, 547K+ physical and occupational therapists, 334K+ pharmacists, 292K+ dentists and dental staff and 224K+ physician assistants.

How often is the physician data updated?

HCP records refresh every month. Each government source is picked up as it publishes: the NPI registry weekly with a full file each month, Care Compare monthly, Medicare enrollment quarterly, and Medicare utilization and Open Payments yearly. Contacts are checked when you request them, and you can ask for a fresh check at any time.

Show 3 more questionsShow fewer questions

Can I get emails and mobile numbers for the physicians I find?

Yes. A profile can carry a professional email, a personal email, an academic email, a mobile number, a LinkedIn profile and the primary practice phone. Dmand AI finds them through waterfall enrichment across 20+ healthcare-specific sources when you ask, shows each email’s status and the date of the last check, and uses credits only when a contact is found: a work email is 1 credit, a personal email 3 and a mobile number 10, which is $0.098, $0.294 and $0.98 at $49 for 500 credits.

Can I export a physician list, sync it to my CRM or use an API?

Yes. Export any list as a CSV file with the columns you pick, or push it to HubSpot or Salesforce, which is in beta, with NPI, specialty and parent organization mapped to fields. The NPI Contact Enrichment API takes one Type 1 NPI or up to 45 per request and returns emails and mobile numbers by webhook or polling. The docs are at docs.dmand.ai.

Can I try the physician data before I buy?

Yes. Dmand AI starts with 30 days free, self-serve, with no credit card. Search HCPs, open their profiles and build a list during the trial, then pick a plan when you are ready.
