Yes, in beta. Salesforce syncs the same records as HubSpot (contacts, accounts, email activities, tasks and notes) plus leads, two-way by default with the direction set for each field. Connect it in Dmand AI from Settings, then Integrations.
Search Dmand AI for the HCPs, executives or accounts you sell to, let waterfall enrichment verify their emails and phone numbers, and push each contact to HubSpot from its side panel. Contacts and accounts sync to HubSpot, and the email activities, tasks and notes from your Dmand AI sequences go with them. Contacts that already live in HubSpot can come the other way: they sync into Dmand AI, you enrich them there, and the fields you mapped flow back on the next sync.
Two-way by default. Every field you map syncs in both directions between Dmand AI and HubSpot or Salesforce (beta), and you can set any single field to sync only from your CRM or only to it.
On a schedule, about every 15 minutes for each object, such as contacts or accounts. The sync is not real time, so a change made in one system appears in the other after the next sync cycle.
Yes. When you connect HubSpot or Salesforce (beta), Dmand AI proposes a match for each field it can pair, and you keep, change or clear each one on the Field Mapping screens, which have Stages, Default Fields, Custom Fields and Sync Settings tabs. Fields you leave unmapped never sync, and a field with no match can be created as a custom field in Dmand AI or in your CRM, then mapped.
Dmand AI never deletes records in HubSpot or Salesforce (beta), and a blank value never clears a field that already has data. It does overwrite mapped fields: each sync cycle replaces the receiving system’s value with the sending system’s value, with no merge. For a field where one system must stay the record of truth, set it to sync one way from that system.
Yes. Map each one to a custom field, created in Dmand AI or in your CRM, and each sync cycle fills it from Dmand AI’s record of the HCP or account. In Salesforce (beta) the account mapping also includes Parent Account, and in HubSpot a custom field carries the parent organization.
