An executive record is one person in a leadership or non-clinical role at a US healthcare organization, with a current title. Every title is sorted into 38 departments and 700+ sub-departments, so a “VP, Revenue Integrity” and a “Director of Patient Financial Services” both land in revenue cycle.

Executive profiles

Every executive profile shows the role, the site and system they work at, their career history and what changed

Open any leader to see what they own and where before the first call. Titles stay as written and are also sorted into a department and level, so a list stays clean across thousands of hospitals.

Org placement

Dmand AI places each executive at the hospital or site they run, under the health system above it

Most contact databases match a person to an email domain, so every leader at a 20-hospital system looks like they sit at headquarters. Dmand AI keeps system leaders on the health system and facility leaders on their hospital, so you can tell who signs for the whole IDN from who signs for one campus. Today 150K+ directors, VPs and C-suite leaders are placed at 5.8K+ hospitals.

Contacts

Get work emails, mobile numbers and LinkedIn profiles for hospital and health system leaders

Few leaders publish a direct email or phone number. Dmand AI looks for them only when you ask and shows each one’s check status and date before you send.

  • Work emails

  • Mobile numbers

Direct mobile numbers, each checked as valid before it counts.

  • LinkedIn profiles

Dmand AI keeps asking the next healthcare-specific source until one returns a work email or mobile number for that leader.

  • Status before you send

Each email shows deliverable or catch-all and each mobile number valid, with the date of the last check.

  • No charge when nothing is found

If no source has a contact for a leader, that search costs no credits.

Data quality

How Dmand AI keeps executive data current: dated roles, job change flags and monthly updates

Leaders move often. In 2025 alone, 1M+ healthcare executives started a new role, so every profile shows when the current one began and what changed since.

Illustrations: the labels Dmand AI shows on executive records, each on an invented record.

  • Every current role has a start date

A title from three jobs ago never reaches your list, because each profile shows when the current role began.

  • Job changes are flagged

When a leader changes employer or title, the profile and your saved lists show it, and it can raise a signal.

  • Titles are sorted the same way everywhere

“VP of IS” and “Vice President, Information Technology” land in one department and level, so filters return both.

  • Records refresh monthly, and you can flag a fix

Executive records update every month. Flag a wrong title or employer from the profile and the Dmand AI data team checks it.

Questions

Healthcare executive data FAQs

What buyers ask before they choose a source for hospital and health system leaders.

How many healthcare executives are in Dmand AI?

Dmand AI covers 11M+ healthcare executives, including 127K+ C-suite leaders, 107K+ vice presidents, 98K+ department heads and 921K+ directors in the US. Titles are sorted into 38 departments and 700+ sub-departments. Counts as of October 25, 2026.

Who counts as a healthcare executive?

In Dmand AI, a healthcare executive is anyone in a leadership or non-clinical role at a US health system, hospital, medical group or other site of care: the C-suite, such as the CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CMO and CNO, plus vice presidents, department heads, directors and managers. Clinicians who hold a leadership title, such as a chief medical officer, are executives too.

Can I find the CEO, CIO or CMO of every hospital in a state?

Yes. Pick the title, or the C-suite sub-department such as chief executive, chief information officer or chief medical officer, then narrow to hospitals and health systems in the states you cover. Or start from a list of hospitals and open each one’s executives, with system leaders and hospital leaders kept apart.

Which executives are on a hospital buying committee?

It depends on the purchase. Software is usually chosen by the CIO, CMIO or CNIO and a director of clinical applications, with the CFO for budget. Medical devices go through value analysis, supply chain and the physician leaders of the service line. Staffing contracts sit with the CNO and HR. Our guide Selling to hospitals: who buys what covers each purchase.

Are executives linked to a specific hospital or only to the health system?

Both, where the record shows it. System leaders sit on the health system and facility leaders on the hospital they run, and 150K+ directors, VPs and C-suite leaders are placed at 5.8K+ hospitals. Leaders of medical groups and other organizations are linked to that organization and its sites.

Can I see a health system’s leadership team and org chart?

Yes. Open the health system in Dmand AI to see its hospitals, outpatient departments and other sites from the IDN down, with the leaders placed at each one. The Org Hierarchy Explorer shows the same tree for any system, so you can see who runs IT, nursing or supply chain at the system and at each hospital.

How can I tell when a hospital hires a new CIO or CNO?

Filter by time in role to see leaders who started recently, and track your accounts in Signals to get leadership changes as Dmand AI finds them. In 2025, 1M+ healthcare executives started a new role.

Can I find the CMIO or nursing informatics leader at a hospital?

Yes. Chief medical, nursing and clinical informatics officers have their own C-suite sub-department, and physician, nursing and pharmacy informatics roles sit in the clinical informatics department. Filter by either, then narrow to a health system or hospital.

How current is Dmand AI’s executive data?

Executive records refresh every month, each profile shows when the current role began, and job changes are flagged on the profile and in saved lists. You can flag a wrong title or employer from the profile and the Dmand AI data team checks it.

Does Dmand AI have executives at medical groups and clinics, not just hospitals?

Yes. Executive records cover health systems, hospitals, medical groups, surgery centers, post-acute providers and other sites of care. Practice managers, office managers and front desk staff at physician practices are covered as practice staff.

Can I get work emails and mobile numbers for these leaders?

Yes. Open a leader’s profile and ask for contacts: Dmand AI checks 20+ healthcare-specific sources in turn for a work email or mobile number, shows each one’s status and check date, and uses credits only when it finds one. A work email uses 1 credit and a mobile number 10, which is $0.098 and $0.98 at $49 for 500 credits.

Can I try Dmand AI’s executive data before I buy?

Yes. Dmand AI starts with 30 days free, self-serve, with no credit card. Search executives, open their profiles and save a list during the trial.
