Healthcare provider data for sales teams, with people placed at the sites where they work

Search US clinicians, healthcare executives and practice staff together with the hospitals, medical groups and sites of care where they work. People are linked to their sites, sites to the health system or IDN above them, and accounts can be filtered by the EHR they run, so an account list arrives with the people who buy.

Connected records

Dmand AI links clinicians, leaders and staff to the sites where they work, so any record opens the account and the people who decide

Most contact databases group people by the domain in their email address. Dmand AI ties each person to the place they work: a clinician to the sites where they practice and the group they bill through, a leader to the hospital or system they run. Open one record and the rest of the account is a click away.

  1. Start from a clinician to see their sites, group and health system

A cardiologist’s profile lists each site where he practices, labeled primary practice, employer or affiliated, with his medical group and the IDN above them.

  2. Start from a hospital to see who runs it and who practices there

A hospital record holds its leaders by department beside its clinicians by specialty, so the account and its buying committee arrive together.

  3. Start from a leader to see where they sit in the system

An executive profile shows the organization they run, their department and level, when the current role began and the system above them.

Questions

Healthcare provider data FAQs

What buyers ask when they compare sources of healthcare data for sales, recruiting and research.

What healthcare data does Dmand AI provide?

Dmand AI is a healthcare data provider for teams selling into US healthcare. It covers clinicians, healthcare executives, practice managers and staff, hospitals and health systems, medical groups, sites of care, and the EHRs and other systems installed at hospitals, groups and sites. People are linked to the sites where they work, and sites to the parent organizations that own them, all in one app with outreach built in.

What is a healthcare provider database?

A healthcare provider database lists the clinicians and organizations that deliver care, with identifiers such as the NPI and the CMS certification number (CCN), addresses, specialties and facility types. Public versions, such as the CMS NPI registry, show each record as it was filed. A sales database such as Dmand AI adds where each person works today, the parent organization of each site, the leaders and staff inside it and a way to reach them.

How is B2B healthcare data different from a general B2B contact database?

A general B2B database groups people by company and email domain, which breaks down in healthcare: one health system can run hundreds of sites, and many physicians practice at sites they do not own. B2B healthcare data keys clinicians to their NPI and facilities to their CCN, and links each person to the site of care where they work, under the system that owns it.

How many healthcare providers and organizations does Dmand AI cover?

Dmand AI covers 7.4M+ HCPs with an active NPI, 11M+ healthcare executives, 997K+ sites of care, 181K+ medical groups, 235K+ solo practices, 124K+ parent organizations, 1.6K+ health systems and IDNs, 6.2K+ hospitals and 22K+ hospital outpatient departments and units. The data coverage page lists every count by type with what one record means.

Where does Dmand AI get its healthcare data?

Records start from public sources: the CMS NPI registry (NPPES), Medicare enrollment records (PECOS), Care Compare, the CMS Provider of Services file, hospital cost reports, Medicare claims files, Open Payments, HRSA health center data, ClinicalTrials.gov and PubMed. Dmand AI adds its own executive, org hierarchy, affiliation and technology data, and finds contacts through waterfall enrichment across 20+ healthcare-specific sources. How our data is built explains each step.

How does Dmand AI know where a clinician or executive works?

Clinicians are linked to sites from the practice locations they file with CMS, the hospitals CMS lists them with and the medical groups they bill Medicare through. Executives are placed at the organization and site they run. Each link keeps its type, such as primary practice, employer or affiliated, and each site is placed under its parent organization where it has one. 2.1M+ clinicians are linked to their medical group.

How often is Dmand AI’s data updated?

Records for HCPs, executives and sites of care refresh every month. Each public source is picked up as it publishes, and contacts are checked when you ask for them.

Can I filter accounts and clinicians by the EHR they use?

Yes. Filter hospitals, medical groups, sites of care and clinicians by EHR vendor or product, and filter hospitals by other installed systems such as revenue cycle and supply chain software, to build a list for what you sell.

Is there free US healthcare provider data?

Yes. CMS publishes the NPI registry and the Provider Data Catalog for free, one record at a time. Dmand AI also publishes free directories and profiles of US hospitals, medical groups and HCPs, with the parent organization of each hospital; the full affiliations, org trees and contacts are in the app.

Can I get emails and phone numbers for the people I find?

Yes. Ask for contacts on any clinician, executive or staff member and Dmand AI checks 20+ healthcare-specific sources in turn for a work email, personal email or mobile number. Each one comes back with its status and the date it was checked, and credits are used only when a contact is found.

Can I send Dmand AI data to Salesforce, HubSpot, a spreadsheet or Claude?

Yes. Export any list as a CSV file, sync people and accounts to HubSpot or Salesforce (in beta) with identifiers and parent organization mapped to your fields, or search Dmand AI from Claude through the MCP connector. Clinicians can also be enriched by NPI through the API. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.

Can I try Dmand AI’s healthcare data for free?

Yes. Every plan starts with 30 days free, self-serve, with no credit card, so you can search the data, open profiles and org trees and save lists before you pay.
