Dmand AI ties healthcare buyers to the sites of care where they work

Dmand AI is a healthcare sales intelligence and outbound platform for teams that sell into US healthcare. This is why we built it and where it is going.

01 · The problem

About Dmand AI

Sales databases file healthcare people by email domain, not by where they work

A nurse manager at a satellite clinic writes from the health system’s email domain. Most databases file her at headquarters, miles from the clinic where she works.

Healthcare data vendors mapped the facilities but stopped short of the people, and none of them ran outreach. Teams paid for three tools and still could not see who decides at a given clinic.

Illustration. Organizations and roles are invented.

About Dmand AI

Dmand AI files every person under the site of care where they work

Search them, get verified contacts through healthcare waterfall enrichment and run outreach from the same product, with one login.

03 · Our mission

About Dmand AI

We map US healthcare the way it actually works, from health system to site of care, and give the teams who sell into it one place to research it, understand it and reach it.

  1. Research it: find the health systems, hospitals, clinics and practices that fit what you sell.

  2. Understand it: see how each one is organized, from the health system down to the site of care, and who works where.

  3. Reach it: find the decision makers at each site and contact them from the same product.

About Dmand AI

Our vision is the Actionable Healthcare Graph: the context layer every team and AI agent uses to research, understand and reach US healthcare

The context layer is live in the Dmand AI app and in Claude today. ChatGPT, Gemini and your own agents are in early access.

See the context layer
A hand-drawn diagram of five stacked layers: records from US healthcare at the bottom, then people tied to places, the org hierarchy, enrichment and signals, and teams and AI agents using it at the top.
  1. Step 1

    Collect the records

Public records such as the NPPES NPI Registry and CMS files, public websites and licensed business data come into one place and are refreshed every month.

    Specification

    1. NPPES NPI Registry and CMS files
    2. Public websites
    3. Licensed business data
    4. Refreshed every month
  2. Step 2

Tie people to the places they work

Every HCP and executive is tied to the sites of care where they work, not to the email domain of a headquarters.

    Specification

    1. HCPs at the sites where they practice
    2. Executives at the organizations they lead
    3. Affiliations kept current
  3. Step 3

    Map the org hierarchy

Every hospital, medical group and site of care sits under the health system that runs it, so you see how an organization is really built.

    Specification

    1. Health systems and IDNs
    2. Hospitals and medical groups
    3. Sites of care under each one
    4. The people at each site
  4. Step 4

Enrich contacts and watch for change

Healthcare waterfall enrichment finds verified emails and direct dials for the people you pick, and buying signals flag when an account changes.

    Specification

    1. Waterfall contact enrichment
    2. Emails and direct dials
    3. Buying signals from 100+ sources
  5. Step 5

Put it to work for teams and AI agents

Your team uses the graph in the Dmand AI app. AI agents use it as their context layer: in Claude today, and in ChatGPT, Gemini and your own agents in early access.

    Specification

    1. The Dmand AI app
    2. Claude, through the MCP connector
    3. ChatGPT, Gemini and your own agents, in early access
